Beautiful Tea Sets and Benefits of Tea

Start chugging down tea and feel stronger and better about yourself. This may sound skeptical and some may even ask why there is such a big hype when it comes to the health benefits that come with drinking tea. The reason, simple and plain, tea is healthy for the body.

That simple little bag placed inside your favorite cup filled with hot water can make a big difference in your skin condition, your digestive system as well as your whole being as a person.

One of the tea I am talking about is the Provence Rooibos Tea, this delicious tea includes Rooibos, rosehip shells, dried black currants, rose leaves, lavender, raisins, dried red currants, rose petals, and dried blueberries. It’s a rich natural source of antioxidants with a high level of flavonoids and if you are someone who doesn’t like caffeine, this is a must try.

Another caffeine free tea that you must try is their lady Hannah’s whole fruit tea. It is consisting of dried apple pieces, hibiscus, rosehip, pineapple pieces, papaya pieces, brambleberries, strawberry pieces, blackberries, and raspberries, a great combination of fruits.  Enjoy them hot or even cold.

To start with, a beautiful tea set to complete your tea drinking experience is necessary to create that authentic calming feel that comes with drinking tea. I have always wanted a chinese porcelain tea set, so yes dream do come true.  This beautiful chinese porcelain tea set among with other equally beautiful tea sets can be found at Enjoying, an online shop that will definitely make you crave for tea. Now, if you are not satisfy on my reasons to get one, here are other benefits of tea that you need to know.

1. Tea can boost your endurance

The antioxidants present in green tea can increase the body’ ability to burn fat and convert it to energy. This energy or fuel is needed to keep the muscle strong and lasting during exercise. The more converted energy the body have, the more energy it can use for exercise.

2. It lessens the risk of heart attack

Tea has properties that help in reducing the possibilities of generating cardiovascular and degenerative diseases.

3. Protection against cancer

There is no proof whether tea can cure or prevent cancer, but most of tea drinkers tends to be more susceptible to several cancer types like breast cancer, colon cancer, skin cancer, lung cancer and cancer of the digestive system.

4. Tea keep you looking young

This is due to the capabilities of tea to fight against free radicals. Tea is high in oxygen radical absorbance capacity that helps in destroying free radicals that can damage the DNA in the body.

5. Tea is good for the diet

Tea can help in cleansing the colon thus allowing the body to remove the toxins inside the digestive tract. The combination will later on promote good bowel movement in the body perfect for those who would want to shed a few pounds and inches around the waist.

Tea is really good for the body. What makes it even better is the good company that you enjoy having your tea with. There are many benefits of tea,   So make sure to visit Enjoying Tea to know more about the different kinds of teas and the benefits you can get from them.
