Start chugging down tea and feel stronger and better about yourself. This may sound skeptical and some may even ask why there is such a big hype when it comes to the health benefits that come with drinking tea. The reason, simple and plain, tea is healthy for the body.
That simple little bag placed inside your favorite cup filled with hot water can make a big difference in your skin condition, your digestive system as well as your whole being as a person.
One of the tea I am talking about is the Provence Rooibos Tea, this delicious tea includes Rooibos, rosehip shells, dried black currants, rose leaves, lavender, raisins, dried red currants, rose petals, and dried blueberries. It’s a rich natural source of antioxidants with a high level of flavonoids and if you are someone who doesn’t like caffeine, this is a must try.
Another caffeine free tea that you must try is their lady Hannah’s whole fruit tea. It is consisting of dried apple pieces, hibiscus, rosehip, pineapple pieces, papaya pieces, brambleberries, strawberry pieces, blackberries, and raspberries, a great combination of fruits. Enjoy them hot or even cold.

I really like tea! I usually only drink it in the winter, unless it is iced tea, which is also really amazing!
Growing up I was in a family that when we sat down at the dinner table tea was served. I know this tea has caffeine and much sugar added and I’m not sure if the health benefits are in it or not. I never cared for it growing up and though I can drink it now as long as I have lemon added I still don’t care for it. I do like the diet green tea but had no idea of the health benefits. I will certainly be drinking more green tea. Thanks for this post.
I love tea, but I always burn myself with hot tea! I guess I’m just too impatient!
