Fruit and Vegetable Smoothie

Fruit smoothie are easy to make, delicious and good for our health. It’s a great start to live a healthy and nutritious life.

Sometimes, it’s hard to eat vegetable or fruit but if you blend it.  I prefer to drink an apple smoothie rather chew them for hour.  Smoothies is easy drink and can be digested better.  Home made juices and smoothies are easy to make, all you need is;

– your favorite fruit and vegetable

– blender

– water

– sugar or honey, (i prefer honey)

– milk (optional)

Blend one or two fruits and you get a wonderful combination. You don’t need complicated recipe to make a best smoothie, all you need is the combination of your favorite fruits or vegetables and some imaginations.

I just remember,  that Starbucks offers a great and delicious mango smoothie.  I have been a lover of coffee but recently, i been trying my best to live a green healthy life, that’s why their smoothie is a great way to change my eating lifestyle.

Smoothie vegetable recipe is a great way to live green, it’s fresh, it’s delicious and most of all it’s healthy.  What could you ask for and what better way to start a green healthy living, don’t you think?

  4. I love fruit shakes! Here in our plantation we have fruits almost all year round so we can always make a fruit shake.
