Go Natural, spice your life, Go Vegan

I have heard many foreign celebrities who lived their life eating only vegetables or what they called as meat free diet. Vegans are not just a trend but many people chooses to go natural because of the some reasons, love for animals, ethical beliefs, wanting to be slim,  and most of all,  living a healthy life.

Some of well known Vegan celebrities are Sir Paul McCartney, Demi Moore, Robin Williams, Tobey Maguire, Allysa Millano, Natalie Portman, and local celebrities and model who believes in living a greener life even poses for a pictorial with PETA to show their support on spicing life in a greener way.

Honestly, I don’t think I could be a vegetarian.  I have been eating meat since the day I know how to eat and living without it could be a very different tune for me but I always prefer vegetables before meat because I know the nutrition I will be receiving from it and of course, who does not want to live a natural healthy life. I bet most of my readers, would agree with me that vegetables are indeed an important part of our diet.
