There are many green products in the market, organic products, toothpaste, soap, shampoo and green things that worth buying for your home but this following green products are categorically crazy, ridiculous and weird and just plainly waste of money if i may say but perhaps it’s a good deal if you want your friend to be awesomely happy.
1. Reusable Toilet Wipes – I did not know that this one exist but it makes sense, cloth gift bags and napkins can be reusable but toilet paper, that’s another invention. Wallypop Family wipes or toilet wipes can be the next big thing on Green living ideas and hey look how colorful they are.
2. The No! Shopping Bag Bra from Triumph – Japan
It’s a real bra and it’s very eco-friendly because it was made out of recycled polyester that can transform into a shopping bag when not being worn. But the problem is what will happen after using them? Triumph says that there are not going to produce more of this as not to embarrass conservative consumer.
The bra/bag comes in red, yellow, green and pink. Hilarious but unique idea. In an effort to cut down on the use of plastic grocery bags, Triumph International has developed a bra that lives a double life as a bag. A silly suggestion but handy don’t you think? You can quickly take off your bra for that last-minute grocery shopping trip.
3. Toilet Sink
A toilet. No, it’s a sink. This is a combination of toilet and a sink. The toilet lid sink connects to the same water pipe that feeds a regular bathroom sink with clean water. After hand washing the faucet shuts off the dirty water drains from the sink into the toilet tank reservoir for later flushing. Brilliant Idea, don’t you think. It conserves water and it’s practically more affordable than buying a regular sink and toilet bowl but there’s the funny part always. (value at $119)
4. Edible Shoe Cream from PO ZU
In case of fire, break the glass. With Edible Shoe Cream from PO ZU, you don’t need to worry to get hungry. Yes, as you have read it, this shoe cream is edible. Used on leather, this colourless shoe cream enhances the original colour, depth and pliability of your shoes, while maintaining a natural look. In addition to being a shoe polish for leather, Po-Zu Edible Shoe Cream is also a delicious ‘all-in-one’ beauty product that can be used as a lip balm, skin moisturiser, hair conditioner, massage oil and cooking oil. You can even spread it on your toast for a nutritious snack.
5. Water Butt Rain Barrel
Unless your friend is someone who loves garden that much, this butt rain barrel can be a good gift but if she’s not, think twice because she might end up laughing . The Butt Butt fits along your wall and can be attached right under your drain pipe so your rainwater goes right in. Collecting rain water in your water butt can save you tons of water for your garden. The tanks, filled with rain from the gutters and downpipes, can hold between 3,500 litres and 6,500 litres, that’s a lot of conserve water.
Funny it may seems but this interesting green products have their own purpose and that is in anyway to help our Mother Earth.
