Dr. Shareff created You call this yoga, initially to improve post-operative healing for those who have problem with Multiple Sclerosis, it was aim to strengthen and improve breathing and balance. I believe that it was a brilliant idea for those people who could not do the regular yoga sessions.
When you learn the moves, you can even do this even in your office chair to help you relax. I always have problems with my back and it would really help me straighten up and make my muscles strong but flexible. I am always the lazy one and i need a lot of encouragement to begin something but Sit Stretch and Smile brighten my moods and i get that positive vibes to make a day brighter.
